Final pricing may depend on the scope of work and property condition. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- payment is due on or before completion of the service
- we may require advance payment or a deposit for certain bookings
- unpaid balances may affect future bookings
We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time, but this will not affect bookings already confirmed unless there is a change in scope.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.
Once a booking is confirmed, we may allocate a cleaner or staff member to the rota. Because of this:
- rescheduling may incur an additional charge
- cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice given
- same-day time changes may be treated more flexibly than moving the booking to another date
If we arrive and cannot access the property, or the booking cannot proceed due to customer-related reasons, a charge may still apply.
7. Access and Service Conditions
You are responsible for ensuring that our team can safely enter and carry out the service at the agreed location.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or stop a service if:
- the environment is unsafe
- there is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour
- there are undisclosed hazards
- access is not available
- the service requested falls outside the agreed scope
8. Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
We generally bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment where appropriate. If you would prefer us to use products provided by you, please let us know in advance.
You are responsible for informing us of:
- product allergies
- surface sensitivities
- material-specific cleaning restrictions
- any special handling requirements
9. Service Standards
We aim to deliver all services with reasonable care, skill, and professionalism. If you are dissatisfied with any part of the service, you should contact us as soon as possible after the appointment so we can review the issue.

We take reasonable care in delivering our services. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or hidden defects
- we are not responsible for damage caused by faulty fixtures, unstable items, poor installation, or unsafe property conditions
- we are not responsible where inaccurate or incomplete information has been provided by the customer
- our liability for any direct loss arising from the service shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We may provide one-off, repeated, or ongoing cleaning services. Any recurring arrangement remains subject to availability, operational requirements, and these Terms & Conditions.

For commercial cleaning, additional arrangements may apply depending on:
